I love the experience and education Carmen provided before she gave me treatment. I had my own plasma used around my eyes to help reduce the sunken in appearance; and dark circles. In my experience with health care, (getting blood drawn, intravenous medications etc) and even tattoos (covered in them.) her blood draw was AMAZING. She is INCREDIBLY gentle. Talks you through the treatment she provides and is very quick. I still can’t believe the difference after only one treatment around my eyes too. Seriously, come to Carmen. Her prices are fair, and her knowledge is clearly extensive. I felt safe, and comfortable. I won’t go to anyone else after this honestly.

Let me first start off by saying that Carmen is such a beautiful person to get to know. She is extremely knowledgeable in what she does. I completely trust her 100% in any procedure she recommends. Personally I have had the radio frequency treatments and have had absolutely amazing results. I couldn’t be happier!! From there I just received a plasma session with micro needling. The whole time she walks you through every step and makes you feel so comfortable. I honestly wouldn’t recommend anyone else for these procedures. Her prices are competitive but for her radio fractional treatment s and laser she does your face and neck which other places only do your face and charge extra for the neck. You won’t get the same personal experience from another office like you will get with Carmen, she really does go above and beyond for her clients and keeps their best interest at heart always above all else. You won’t be disappointed I guarantee.

I met with Carmen for the first time a while ago, she is the sweetest, kindest, gentlest Cosmetician. Being the vain bloke I am, hair removal is where it’s at! Love this girl, very professional in her approach, full of knowledge, and she quickly put me at ease.

CALLEN Cosmetics is such a great place to go to take care of your skin in so many levels; from the IV skin brightening treatment which is fenomenal! What a great way to boost & nurish the skin from within. She has the best advice for all kinds of skin and facial treatments she has available, ranging from professional skin care in addition to all of the dermatologist approved products she carries. I recently visited this clinic for an assessment for facial skin redness and to smooth out some wrinkles that were a concern. Nurse Carmen recommended I start with Biophora skincare products and in less than 7 days, my skin improved significantly.
She also suggested I have a microdermabrasion treatment that showed immediate results, especially in clearing the dark spots on my nose.
Finally I went back for Botox injections to address the wrinkles and smooth out my skin. This was a fantastic, and painless experience.
Nurse Carmen spent 20 minutes thoroughly explaining facial muscles and how Botox works. Despite her clear explanation that there might be some discomfort, I experienced no bruising or other issues. Nurse Carmen is a gentle and skilled injector. I highly recommend her!

my experience was excellent, I am very happy with the result, I travel from saint-adele QUEBEC to saint-catharines ONTARIO 7 hours drive, to get PLATELET-RICH PLASMA and the result is better than expected, the attention at the time and after the application is excellent CALLEN COSMETIC CENTER (CARMEN) I recommend him for his great knowledge of what to do and he explains it to you and your attention following the application is extraordinary.

Carmen is an intelligent and educated nurse. She always is very detailed in explaining certain procedures regarding the science of how it done; as well as, what you can expect. Having been advised by a medical director at Callen Cosmetic Center of my fatigue, she prescribed to the pharmacy a combination of vitamins in a liquid form to be administered through an IV. Myself having a phobia of needles for most of my life(did not like the idea). But I have to say the head nurse at Callen Cosmetic Center executed the IV procedure in a very professional manner that I didn’t feel a thing and kept me calm throughout the entire process. 👏👏👏
